Potential Pathway to Partnership
• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Completed an Endodontic Residency accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation and
preferably have at least 2+ years of experience
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in Pennsylvania
• Other certifications as required by the state to include- CPR, DEA, CDS
• Caring chairside manner
• Excellent patient communication skills
